How to register for ISTQB Exam from BCS in PearsonVue Center?
1. Go to https://www2.pearsonvue.com/testtaker/profile/create/SignUp/BCS and create an account.
2. After creating the account >> Click on View Exams.
3. Select CTFL-18 ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level.
4. Search for your nearest Test Center.
5. Click on your preferred Test Center Check box and click next.
6. Select Date and preferred time.
7. In case you need help, visit Test Site’s website and talk to them.
Pearson offers BCS (UK Testing Board) affiliated ISTQB Exam. This exam can be taken from any country depending on availability of the center near you. Certification is valid worldwide.

How to register for ISTQB Exam in Prometric Center?
1. Go to https://www.prometric.com/en-us/clients/bcs/Pages/landing.aspx
2. Click on START HERE.
3. Click On Locate a Test Center.
4. Select your country and state, click next.
5. Scroll down and click next.
6. Select BH0-010 – BCS Certified Tester Foundation Level 2011 syllabus, click next.
7. You will see test centers, choose one that is nearest to you and click on Schedule Appointment link displayed near your preferred Test Site.
You will need to register in prometric site to be able to login and schedule the exam. In case you need help, visit Test Site’s website and talk to them.

On ISTQB home page I saw a link where it says re appearing pearson vue candidate but it is not present for first time appearing candidate.

I think the advanced level exams are not supported currently from Prometric. You will have to take it through Indian Testing Board.

Please suggest whats the difference between ISTQB CTFL(ISEB-SWT2) exam by BCS and ISTQB CTFL exam by iSQI(CTFL_001ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (Syllabus 2011, worldwide except D, A, CH, FL, GB, IND).

BH0-004 is no longer used. It was an old exam code. It is now BH0-010 which is equivalent to ISEB-SWT2: ISTQB-ISEB. Both are same exams offered by different exam vendors.

Indian Board does not offer exam via Prometric or PearsonVue. They offer exam via some other exam vendor.
Certificates are same, with same value accepted worldwide. It is like buying an iPhone from different retail site. Same product, different invoice/money receipt.

BH0-010 is exam code for Prometric center. ASTQB does not offer exam in Prometric center. The choice is yours where to take the exam from. Syllabus and exam patterns are same in both case.
